
Fulfillment Centers often perform understaffed due to frequent management turnover at leadership levels. Main reasons for frequent turnovers are resignations, terminations and transfers. Because of the sudden nature of these reasons, it is difficult to plan for immediate replacements. When this happens, remaining managers become responsible for multiple teams/shifts for months before replacements are identified and hired.
