I am a Process Assistant in my building and everything I do is for my team. They are the reason i come and work as hard as I do.
It starts with a manager to motivate us as a team instead of singling us out like we are everyday. We want to be shown the respect deserved
Most of us really care about what we do more importantly most care about the customers which is why we have a job in the first place!
Teamwork. Helping each other just a little rather than criticizing would be huge. Even a kind word every once in a while would be nice.
Rotate people more. Some people do the same thing everyday while others get moved around multiple times a day.
My team in my area is always working with other coworkers in order to get work done easier.
I work with a great group. However at times Standard work follow thru needs additional attention.
The other people that work in my department are hard working and try their best
They need to care more, about CE, and have more of a sense of urgency.
My immediate leadership actually listen to me and take what i am saying serious.
