    I feel the vcp program is garbage and I feel that if you take on a problem solve roll or leadership roll we should be compensated for it.

    I feel undervalued because I walk aprox: 10-15 miles a night, and I am only making 12.50 an hour. More break time to make up for the wages.

    Our company does not care we can't even get answers from home office about our site. Our wages are based off Costco that is not even close

    I feel like a number, not an employee. They don't care about there employees. The hardest workers get fired for negative UPT .

    They told us we we're grandfathered in then last wed tossed us out only with a two week notice.People have children.Sad we will be jobless.

    The higher level executives rake in most of the rewards on the backs of the lower level employees but neither value nor feel any gratitude.
