
The relationship is strained thanks to the massive discrepancy between pay and expectations. Our Engineering group usually works at what can best be called a tepid pace and they get openly annoyed whenever anyone asks for a quicker response to a serious problem such as a shut down line.
The engineering team doesn't realize that fulfillment center associates are human. They do not take intangibles into consideration when creating processes. Then these processes can change daily if not sooner.
