What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company needs to value the customers more.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It is pretty standard. No major complaints with my new company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone is unhappy and anxious all the time. No one is ever happy. Everyone feels like they will never have the opportunity to grow or get promoted.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Undervalued and not appreciated. Workload is super heavy and is all put on the management team which is a lot. Unreasonable expectations surrounding the visual presentation and standards of the store every day and every night.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading by example. Doing what they ask of others to do. Working the long shifts and late nights like others do. Being in tune with all managers and staff to be anle to pickup on unhappiness in the workplace.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Interaction with the district leaders at the store level needs to be more. District leaders need to be more present in the stores. Corporate team members need to wear masks at work even if visiting other offices or stores. They often do not.
