Everything the whole mindset of the company they have started to take all the perks. Everything is a write up or issue with management. They no longer care for there people. I was there when they did and was a wonderful place to work.

Long hours but thankless leaders. Leaders not leading by example. Unrealistic expectations. Heavy workloads for a small number of employees to vomplete.
Interaction with the district leaders at the store level needs to be more. District leaders need to be more present in the stores. Corporate team members need to wear masks at work even if visiting other offices or stores. They often do not.

Pay and promote lower management fairly! HR needs to improve anonymity and conflict resolution. LP needs to be able to prosecute shoplifters. If a customer has a proven record of abusing the system, fraud returns, and assaulting staff, they should at least be banned from stores. Did not feel safe.
