The managers at the location I work at have horrible attitudes. The way they speak to their staff is disgusting. They're consistent bad attitude rubs off not only on the rest off the staff but the customers as well. It makes it very difficult to come in everyday knowing that a manger will be angry

The brand ammbassodors are great. They try their absolute best to do what needs to be done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at how they say certain things. All in all the company is not terrible but the pressure that each of the managers feel and in turn put on the rest of the staff is horrible.
