was great experinece at first, but managers are very condescending and its a very toxic work envirentment. you dont feel welcomed, you dont feel like youre a pert of the team, and the way the day will go is largely dependant on the mangers mood... i need a manager not an overly sensitive baby

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
actually caring about the employees, ask to be done jobs that are part of my descripton? we should have a team to build sets, not 16 year olds building manaquis for you
