I enjoy my direct superior. However, other members of the management team violate policies with little repercussions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Training and coaching the younger staff is positive. Also, the contests made by corporate or the store are fun and upbeat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are costly for a plan with a high deductible. The pay rate compared to other compatible companies is considerably lower.
