What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Identifying leaders who will bring store moral up nor down. Make it eaiser for assoicates to contact upper management to report misconduct. Uooer managment address said issues in a timely manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The state minimum wage is 7.25 but that's impossible to live on. Salary just be more realistic especially with all the money the company makes. Associates also need to feel heard, seen, and valued by management starting from SLT up.
