What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and respect towards employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The management team is very disrespectful and insulting to the employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I have no issue with my coworkers. Most of them are very hard workers, besides a couple lazy people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I was hired for an overnight merchandising position, but have been put on the sales floor a couple times without receiving any training first.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work overnight and the work I do is very strenuous and hard on my body. I feel underappreciated considering the mental and physical toll the position can take on you.
