There are a number of employee contests that result in winning free products, so that's fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Part time hours at minimum wage is difficult to use to make ends meet. More flexibility with scheduling would be amazing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value the employee a bit more, understand that we are only human and can only do so much. They set some impossible sales/numbers goals many times.
