Showing respect, patience, and transparency with the team. Also planning things better in advance and supporting lower management.
Younger employees were disrespectful and entitled, many went to school together or were friends so they brought their personal drama/baggage to work with them. Not very willing to listen or adapt, complained a lot and did the bare minimum.
Pay and promote lower management fairly! HR needs to improve anonymity and conflict resolution. LP needs to be able to prosecute shoplifters. If a customer has a proven record of abusing the system, fraud returns, and assaulting staff, they should at least be banned from stores. Did not feel safe.
