I go in, do what I am asked. Sometime we have to work at night for marketing and get scheduled again early that morning.

Stated previously before. Respect for employees.

My paycheck and some of the positive people i've met there

Vetting managers, making sure employees get their breaks and are treated fairly.

Most of my coworkers are great but some have some real respect issues.
