It was very casual, no crazy questions about describing a time when....just getting real about expectations and concerns on both ends
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I miss the contests for over performing. As a manager in a top tier store I enjoyed the incentives for achieving goals but find the recent lack thereof disheartening because we are being asked to achieve more than ever with less and less incentives, teenagers need that extra motivation .
