Great experience and great customer First attitude. The people are what makes the job, I wish pay was higher for BA because it is hard to keep people for the work that is done. If we take care of our bottom line the top will endlessly and continuously grow. I think employee retention could use work.

Higher pay is always something people will ask for. I am fairly compensated but would like a better bonus program
