Mr. John S. Stanik has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. since January 1, 2015. Mr. Stanik served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Calgon Carbon Investments, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Calgon Carbon Corporation from May 18, 2007 to July 31, 2012 and its Chief Executive Officer from February 21, 2003 to July 31, 2012 and President from April 21, 2003 to July 31, 2012. Prior to joining Calgon, he worked in various capacities with increasing responsibility for Davy Corporation, an engineering and construction company specializing in the metals (steel and aluminum) markets, ultimately serving as Davy's General Manager of Operations. Mr. Stanik joined Calgon Carbon Corporation in 1991 as Director of Engineered Systems and served as its Interim President since February 2003 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Technology and Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Stanik served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Americas and Asia of Calgon Carbon Corp. since 2002, where he directed its Carbon, Service and Engineered Systems Operations in the Americas and Asia. Mr. Stanik spent 16 years in the engineering and construction business, primarily in heavy metals and chemicals. He has been an Independent Director of F.N.B. Corporation since January 2013. Mr. Stanik serves as Director of First National Bank of Pennsylvania since January 2015. He has been a Director of Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp., since January 1, 2015. He serves as a Director of Calgon Carbon Investments, Inc. He served as a Director of Calgon Carbon Corporation from October 21, 2003 to July 31, 2012. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
