Tuition reimbursement and the 401K
Annual Incentive Plan based on company performance
Great long term stock plan, excellent pay and bonus.
Annual Bonus and cash rewards
Health insurance above all, also programs that are based on income but will assist with outside expenses such as food insecurity.
The 401K, the child life insurance policy, the dental and vision is where its at. I would say the ability to have A-1 insurance working for an A-1 company is where it is.
They pay well......that's basically all
it is good comparable to other companies.
PTO and sick time as well as Dependent Daycare
Standard benefit package for a fortune 500
Benefits bonuses and raises each quarter.
Well compensated for management roles; 10-15% annual bonus based on performance; diverse health insurance options to meet your needs; wellness incentive programs worth $700
Benefits are great along with PTO and being able to work from home
The restructuring of the merit system for the sales organization.
we get merit based bonuses and the hourly is decent.
When you get quarterly bonuses and annual
Everything! Stock, PTO, bonuses! Health insurance
Stock options and retirement benefits
The company provided health care, dental, eye care..paid time off. Holiday pay, vacation, sick time. Pension and 401K
The full package of beneifts with pto is comparable to other conpanies. The yearly bonus has exceeded my previous experiences at other companies
When our leaders are making close or over a million a year and we get a few dollars more than min wage, it shows us they do not care.
Health insurance premiums way too high. Coverage often denied and we get insured by the company.
It's not really about the compensation. The leadership is atrocious.
I am on a team that has some nurses and some non-nurses. The non-nurses do more case types than the nurses do (including the same cases as nurses), but the nurses are paid more to do less.
Skilled engineers should be compensated per industry standard
Vested pension benefits never explained
I would feel better about the pay if it was comparable to experience. Wages are sub standard for the industry
I make the bare minimum of the job role.
I earn in the same bracket of what i earned 5 years ago when I temped here. Before inflation, before having to utilize my own internet & electricity and before I actually trained and had knowledge of the system already.
A more effective training program and better pay
Double it that only makes sense
Fair promotion practices to employees
There is no compensation for internet or cell phone usage for remote employees. Most home data plans have caps and Anthem offers no credit towards this whereas other private insurance companies cover the cost in full. I woild feel better if anthem paid beacon employees on the same pay scale.
The pay scale needscto be re-evaluated.
It is not up to the market standard
Pay is higher outside of the organization. Creating new and differentiated capabilities goes unnoticed because of the lack of leadership/alignment.
Inflation has gone up and the salaries are not matched with the fair value
Pay increase its very busy we work very hard should be compensated for that especially since Covid hit we are way busier and taking on more health plans and. Skilsets
I make 20-25% less than market value for my position. When I asked for an increase, I was told there was no money and that someone in my department would have to quit before any funds could be freed up.
Avergae pay is more outside for my skillset
