Pay providers - on time.
No time for breaks. Management just told us we dont really work 8-5. We are expected to work however long to finish cases. They micromanage and dont care that staff are not getting breaks. Its amazing how much better we could concentrate when we know we can get up and use the bathroom
Company does not understand that 85% isnt a good number if the other 15% is calling for your head.

Goals not reasonably set, associates accountable for results they cannot influence. Industry very challenged with unpredictability and volatility, pace of work may be too hectic at times. Setting goals and measuring results should change from an absolute to a relative basis (vs. competition).
