When our leaders are making close or over a million a year and we get a few dollars more than min wage, it shows us they do not care.
Health insurance premiums way too high. Coverage often denied and we get insured by the company.
It's not really about the compensation. The leadership is atrocious.
I am on a team that has some nurses and some non-nurses. The non-nurses do more case types than the nurses do (including the same cases as nurses), but the nurses are paid more to do less.
Skilled engineers should be compensated per industry standard
Collaboration. Morale is really low. People are overworked and afraid of bring let go.
They are in the same miserable boat, were also misled to accept the job in the first place and are looking for another job outside the company, which will require a time machine to come back to the present reality
Accountability and responsibility. Change control standards need to be improved substantially. You should be able to back out a change in its entirety to it's pre-implementation state.
