Nothing particular comes to mind
Some ideas fall to the wayside introduction of new processes can be frustrating when the process is not given the time or consideration it requires.
My manager is absolutely phenomenal at what she does and deserves all her flowers. She is definitely the best example of where you would like to be at some point.
My direct manager is absolutely wonderful. She understands work/life balance is important, but also expects me to meet expectations and meet company commitments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid hourly and i get paid for mileage and they both pay well

Great long term stock plan, excellent pay and bonus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers are competent and caring individuals. However when trying to care for members management has determined it is a negative to provide case managment and care for members. We are punished for taking the time to listen and assess the needs of individuals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are pushed really hard, but I feel like we are treated very kindly and leadership is understanding of the workload they are pushing and people's limits
They are very focused on culture
Everyone is nice and welcoming

I think the environment is unique to my team, but we are very easy going.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people who interviewed me were easy to talk to and not intimidating.
No difficult questions. They just wanted a yes person
Pretty quick with process. Usually only 2 -3 interviews.
Hiring manager was very particular about the coordination aspects of the interviews.
