- What is the best part about your compensation package?Stock option - available to all employees regardless of title or status. Other compensations such as big bonuses, stock awards and equity are only given to upper management.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?True DEI efforts where everyone is truly equal. Support for the AAPI community (ERG would be great). eStaff open to listening to the employees. Actually doing something about high attrition. Be honest.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I do not trust my team as I have been thrown under the bus behind my back. It's hard to trust they have my best interest in mind.
