Applebee's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

So I don't believe we are given PTO at my store

Just like it package is worth it

Do good stuff for the tem

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is so very good

The life insurance deals and the pay is good

I don't have a compensation package I was just a host

Above average in all respects.

The benefits were pretty good the benefits kicking in sooner the year we probably be a better idea but outside of that pretty decent benefits

The tips are good, because I provide good service

Nothing about them at all. I love my job i never want to go. I didnt di anything wrong thats why i had to take this past Daryl because he always brushs off anything that we say about her we tell me. My situation is just that NOT who I am!

Review from Customer Success Dept

Tips is the best part

Do you think it could affect Mr. If so I don't want it

Paid sick days. I don't have any other benefits.

Me landing the job and knowing my career

Yes I am. I appreciate it.

Good benefits good pay good food

Nothing really i never used it

Review from Operations Dept

Maternity leave and paid vacation

daily pay. daily pay, daily pay

Review from Customer Success Dept

I like havin Paid time off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I am a neighborhood expert and I'm getting paid the same as our new hires

Review from Product Dept

Give people an incentive to stay. Like employee outings and employee of the month rewards

Hiring the correct amount of kitchen staff . There's a high rate of burnout in the employees that actually do the job of 2-4 employees. People might stay at this job if they weren't juggling 3 stations all while trying to keep dishes on the line. This is exhausting after a couple of hours!

Stop hiring toxic managers, please.

Better management and hire better.

When you ask for help no one dose but when they need you they are all for "team work makes the dream work"

Review from Customer Success Dept

I'm not getting days or hours I know how to do dishes cook on fry and flat top and expo food but I'm not seen as a valued team member

being appreciated and listened too

If people were a little more consistent with how giving and gratituitous they can be

Equal treatment fairness appreciation respect

Just being appreciated know tgat we are underpayed us sad then having to deal with poor managment makes it worse

I just want answers about my last paycheck

We are paid less than minimum wage. We do get tips however if you're working suring the day the foot traffick is slow and isn't worth your time.

I work hard and more frequent then other employees with in same position but get 2 to 3 dollars less and hr. Not be ask to come in on day off to help to be turned around and sent home on a scheduled day

If I got acknowledged for doing 5 peoples jobs and actually pay me for it or just let me do the position I was hired for

i am treated as a machine rather than a person and am constantly being belitted my management and my fellow employees

If management took the time to care about the cold food that comes out, many customers have had salads come out with bugs. I have been told in my face that managers don’t do much, then blame servers for management behavior

I would feel bettwr if I wasnt being singled out. And I happen to be Black and have dealt with unconscious bias and negative stereotypes All of My Life.

I asked for a 50 cent raise because i was EXPECTED to do extra work and no one else is. It was denied, so i juss work for what im paid, and i dont do all the extra work no one else would.

Review from Operations Dept

I NEED PAID, SOMEONE HELP ME, SO DISAPPOINTED IN HOW UNFAIR I WAS TREATED I NEVER NEW A COMPANY COULD TREAT THERE STAFF LIKE THIS, IT ONLY TAKE 5 MINUTES TO MAKE IT RIGHT, AND I HAVE PROOF HOW I WAS TREADTED, UNBELIEVABLE UNFAIR AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL, CAN SOMEONE THAT CARES HELP I GIVE UP!!
