When its busy it keeps ke with things to do

The guests and my coworkers

My customers and the happiness I can bring to them in the hour I have them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The management team at my applebee's is a joke. they get paid to bully.

By taking care of good employees which interns takes care of good customers which interns makes a company thrive

Managers aren't helping ensure that staff and guest are taken care of

Get away from bottom tiered guests, or at least embrace it. Stop trying to be a high class brand with sub par offerings. Pick a lane and stick to it. If we're going to embrace getting the trashy guests in, go all out. Then I'll at least know its time to leave.

Management needs to be changed

Most of the issues at store 170 in Lancaster come down directly on how some of the management team treats the staff.

Every single thing it's the worst company to work for!!

Shut the place down completely

Unclean, unsanitary, unprofessional. New management, new employees, someone to babysit them and make sure they are doing things how they should be.

Train the new employees better and longer especially if they havent worked in that feild for a few years let alone ever

Not fire people for no reason

You would have to replace every manager because they all just pick your favorite people and it goes from that

Its a lot of things its too much to comment on but i would mainly say policy

Hire people who care about ticket time people who think that people should get there food as quickly as possible
