The management team at my applebee's is a joke. they get paid to bully.
By taking care of good employees which interns takes care of good customers which interns makes a company thrive
Managers aren't helping ensure that staff and guest are taken care of
Get away from bottom tiered guests, or at least embrace it. Stop trying to be a high class brand with sub par offerings. Pick a lane and stick to it. If we're going to embrace getting the trashy guests in, go all out. Then I'll at least know its time to leave.

Unclean, unsanitary, unprofessional. New management, new employees, someone to babysit them and make sure they are doing things how they should be.
Train the new employees better and longer especially if they havent worked in that feild for a few years let alone ever
