What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor communication and we fall through on promises that we make.
Customers think we charge too much, and give it 10 years corporate models wont work.

Employees without drive are being promoted and its going to lead to the culture failing long term. This is a widespread thought currently. People doing poor in job are moved up while people doing good cant leave because of their value where they are. That isnt fair to those putting in the effort.
