When time permits you managers will help you learn how to do things in a more productive manner. We are provided multiple types of software to use, but those quick :30m trainings dont allow you the time to learn. If you want to learn, its 100% on your off time

We're still working through the remote/onsite thing - I think ultimately everyone will have to come back to the office. I love remote work, but long-term, I don't think it's right for ArcBest.
Fire for character. No one is irreplaceable. If an individual, particularly anyone in a management role, demonstrates poor character or disregard for the core values, they should be removed from the organization. It is the #1 threat to our culture that I see.
