Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have been in the workforce over 25 years and this is the WORST job I have ever had. The customer service & delivery experience are severely lacking. This ruins employees' chances for developing repeat clientele. You are not given any time off in January & August, and only 10 weekends off a year.

Great Colleagues make for a great environment. Arhaus has a wonderful range of excellent products that make it a pleasure to design spaces that people will love to be in.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Working as a design consultant in a smaller mall store, I found that the extreme physical demands on my body were too much. We are not allowed to sit down, 90% of the time there are no breaks or lunches that can be taken. Employees are required to do the housekeeping jobs (cleaning toilets, etc)
