I moved from a smaller company, so the larger company was a change for me. The interactions between employees was not what I was used to. But there are some very nice people there, and I have really enjoyed working at Arise.

My interview process was unorthodox, so I don't have a good grasp on the "norm."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real and genuine. I have gotten to know some of them better than others, but they all have the overall health of the company as a priority.
