Arise is a great company to work for. They have many opportunities to choose from. Training PF's are very nice and informative. I personally have had a good experience working from home with Arise.

Very nice people! Always willing to answer questions that I have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Even if a customers calls in unhappy, it gives me the opportunity to turn that situation around to a positive experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly coworkers and Friendly and helpful superiors. Answer the phone with a smile on their faces...it shows when they are talking to you!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I already knew my IBO so she made the interview process very easy and got me signed up for an opportunity that I chose quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There have been a couple of incentives that were offered since I have worked with Arise. It would be nice to have a higher rate of pay per hour.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all interact well with each other. Our weekly huddles are very informal and informative, especially if you are having some troubled areas. My team is always willing to contribute how they resolve the issues I may be having.
