Fair stock and vacation. medical insurance cists more than offers other companies for the same coverage but still witin reason given the unreasonable actions of health insurers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary should be increased as per the market

Underpaid for my skill level. Bonus structure is poorly designed and hard to understand. And is poorly managed. There is a lack of investment in career development needs.

Lots of work, and not compensated. Turn over rates are so high, that those employee accounts are dropped on others, and the employees who have left are rarely replaced

Give people raises! Dont throw a Sheetz giftcard at them or an e-card. We are grown adults in this industry and Gallagher really needs to get with the times and evolve.

I am just an intern so there isnt much benefits offered to us.

Work-life balance with upperward mobility that is in line with what you do. No latter moves that mean you learn something new and you should be happy.

From service to sales the compensation structure requires employees to leave the company and come back in order to be paid fairly.

My area is paid about 20% less than market and women are paid significantly less than men in management positions.

C'mon the industry average is way more higher than what you offer for the double the work you yield from us compared to the other companies.

Undervalued because we offer great services to our clients and work for a wealthy company but pay us employees minimum wage expecting $100K a year work quality.

This company does not provide individual merit awards. And there has been no salary raises for three years now! Also benefits leave a lot to be desired. For such a big company they have poor voluntary benefits, poor dental program, no college tuition savings or points program and medical is HDHP.
