Fair stock and vacation. medical insurance cists more than offers other companies for the same coverage but still witin reason given the unreasonable actions of health insurers.

The company does attract some magnificent talent. Unfortunately, many of the great talent leave after a few years due to lack of respect from leadership.

At the branch level, the individuals try hard to make things fun and pleasant.

People who are staying want to come to work.
The people are friendly and helpful.

I got to speak with hiring managers and the interview was very conversational.
The variety of people I interviewed with.
It went quickly without too many layers of interviewers.
You meet with a number of important people in the interview process but they make you feel welcome and ask strong questions

Feeling like I can breathe a little. I’m typically so busy I constantly feel behin
Interacting with team members frombother departments in meetings. Solid agendas, great information exchange, real team interactions when execitives aren't in the room.
That normally in my position I can work at my own pace and my managers are confident I will get the job done. Although we have goals they know I do the best I can.
I love that I work from home.
