Providing thorough leadership throughout the company. Each geo office should have a lead, SM, RD/MD.

So many things I could provide to substantiate my feelings but again, it would not matter.

Passive aggressiveness is not a form of communication.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Allow more wfh flexibility, more honesty provided on market trends and the trajectory of the company, provide severance packages.
