Ashley Furniture Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are great for the employees

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Making good money for family

I do not have to wait a year for the 401K package.

Consistency and transparency are key.

Unlimited earning potential is nice

Review from Sales Dept

401 k for you to borrow

Yearly profit share is amazing

Review from Operations Dept

Base plus commission on my paycheck

I have not recieved it yet

I love working for Ashley furniture just didn't like who I was working for

Review from Product Dept

That the commission is good

Base pay and bonus package.

401k and benifits, pay and vacation

it is comprehensive and easy to use

Review from Sales Dept

I write my checks based on my work- commission

Company pays my EE-only premiums for medical.

The base salary and profit sharing.

The Pay is pretty much fair

We are awarding top writers

We still have the best parts of old fashioned benefits: affordable healthcare, tuition reimbursement, etc

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

TO BE PAID FAIRLY, THEY CONSTANTLY CHANGE DELIVERIES SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY THE HIGHER COMMISSION TIER AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANGED SOMETHING WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE

Review from Sales Dept

Obviously being treated with a modicum of respect and getting a raise in pay that is better than 50 cents.

Not on infraction or write up in 5 years fired and permanently banned for one

A better bonus and fairly distrbuted bonus.

Getting Wednesdays back, holiday pay, per diem for travel, overtime after 10 hours, etc...

Badly mistreated on so many levels. Pack line & supervisor should get paid more than are .it's the last stop before being shipped out. Even starting pay should be different than assembly line .works just as hard & pick up alot of things that inspectors missed.pay also by performance

If i actually got paid on time for thw work ive done

The commission is fine, but you have to sell a lot to hit any of the bonus numbers. The salaried employees don't get paid anything vlose to what they should get paid. The managers micromanage every move made in order to hit their own numbers, again they only look out for themselves.

Underpaid by at least 10 - 20% compared to others in similar roles at large organizations. Wouldn't have accepted role had I known how unprofessionally this business is run.

Compensation is lower than similar positions within the market.

Workers are under paid for the stress they are put through during hard times.

Our store generates about 24 million each year and we're paid a small base salary and given an unattainable budget in order to bonus.

Stop doing things illegally & stop thinking people dont know there rights

Review from Sales Dept

For a multi-billion dollar company, it is run like a mom & pop shop – which would be fine if leadership cared about their employees as they profess to. The compensation and benefits both fall as short as their commitment to their employee

Compensation is not competitive and everything is done at the cheapest rate possible.

Cost of living adjustment would be nice

Review from Sales Dept

Yes I do feel undervalued. I was told I would be paid $20 an hour, this was true until my 90th day and my pay was deducted to $15 an hour. Then reducing store prices, which reduced the cost of delivery and fpp, to which I get paid in commission for. If you are going to cut prices, compensate us.

I feel undervalued due to the company's lack of respect for its employees. My compensation is good for me, but NOT as good as it should be given the amount of time and work we are expected to put in.

If it was esser to reach a goal.

I am getting a 100% increase in my overall compensation by leaving for another company. I am taking a substantial title downgrade too. I am clearly undercompensated at Ashlye.
