Assisting customers and making a good impressiom for myself

the freedoom to wright my own paycheck

Review from Sales Dept

Making the customers feel secure and hapoy

I am a trusted business partner and can make departmental decisions without micromanagement.

A good workday with no negativity. Problems arise all around us, we don't need team members causing more and affecting work ethic among the whole crew.

When we go in to a truthful number of pieces, and we run that quickly and get to go home feeling accomplished and proud. And not having to make myself stay there. The only thing keeping me there right now is the money. But finally realizing the money is not worth all the time lost.

Review from Operations Dept

Work makes me happy. Im a workaholic

The ability to make decisions without second guessing by leaders. My supervisor and leadership. My team.

Seeing the hard work pay off

Being encouraged to dig into opportunities and come up with creative solutions

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers are dissatisfied as no one answers the phone, deliveries are cancelled due to inability to deliver on time.

Customers should order elsewhere like knights

Theres alot to be improved, I always wanted to give my customers what they wanted weather the sale was $20 or $20,0000 not my co workers and mangers all they wanted was to push customers to buy things they really didnt want and end up with returns and or un happy customers thats not how sales go

Stop promoting manipulative aggressive sales tactics and unreachable goals We're in the middle of a recession how do you people not acknowledge that fact?

The materials and workmanship that goes into the furniture is junk

They push quality during slowdowns but the moment business picks up middle management skips quality and forces workers to push out junk.

The employees are absolute idiots

Review from Sales Dept

Corporate is a mess and the licensees do a better job and are honestly the reason the company is in business. There needs to be a better corporate structure. When the CEO's assistant has more influence and power than most of the rest of leadership, that's a huge problem.

The company has huge issues with fulfilling orders.

stop sacrificing your imposes heath and mental well being and there way for a bit of extra corporate wealth

Bullies promote like-minded people who support their agenda

Timberline manager is unfriendly if customer appears poor and ignores them

The comaony needs to stop commuting fraud and cheating customers.

Fiscal, employee rights issues. To fix, adhere to the Law

Slow turn around and sometimes waiting for furniture for months

accountability and help from human resourcing.

It's broke and can not be fixed with the current owner

To make better leaders in the industry

A complete revamp is needed

Deliveries and delays. No one answers the phone. My boss is rude to a lot of them.
