- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is very much an attitude of competition rather than teamwork. This starts at the top of the company and is fostered all the way through. You have to constantly be considering how anything you say or do could be used against you. Because it will be.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership makes it very clear that lower positions in the company are not valued. They do not value their work and they do not value them as people. Everyone is very eager to assign blame rather than take ownership or work together.
