How committed everyone is to driving the company forward, and how much trust the leadership teams puts in all employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Lots of transparency through the process - very direct and didn't waste too much of my time on unnecessary steps.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While we're a young scrappy startup, the compensation for myself and my co-workers consistently seems at or above market. The company doesn't seem shy about paying people what they are worth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team comes with a wealth of diverse experience and success, but doesn't make you feel that you can't work with them because of it. They are all collaborative and want to see people succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team collaborates together effectively, largely due to lack of ego. Even if discussions or decisions are difficult, people don't attach to those things emotionally, which seems to make us all more effective. People are very bright and reliable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are so trusted to make the best decision they can for the company. If something fails, we don't point fingers, we work together to figure out how to make it better. Decision making is very distributed and not micro-managed.
