What did you like most about the interview process? One interview with everyone at the same table
What makes you most happy at work?People are friendly and helpful
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are transparent and know how to make a decision
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? As a field force, one is not compensated properly and the company's ambition of having zero carbon footprints is a bit of a stretch and imposing (to make headlines they have forced e-cars on everyone).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salaries are below market rate. And it would be nice to have a stock plan that vests more regularly than 3 years.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Co-workers are fine, actually very good. Middle and upper management is disconnected, and railroads advice from experts in their fields. Everyday is a knife fight, in meetings, emails, and overall work. Worst of all are the processes and technology. This is not an advanced company....
