- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a field force, one is not compensated properly and the company's ambition of having zero carbon footprints is a bit of a stretch and imposing (to make headlines they have forced e-cars on everyone).
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salaries are below market rate. And it would be nice to have a stock plan that vests more regularly than 3 years.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Co-workers are fine, actually very good. Middle and upper management is disconnected, and railroads advice from experts in their fields. Everyday is a knife fight, in meetings, emails, and overall work. Worst of all are the processes and technology. This is not an advanced company....
