I was let go because I said taking care of my newborn was important, they fought with me and said this job was more important than my child. Worst job I've ever had, managers were so clueless and always ignored me.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the customers receive this vaccine was the best, customers always made my day better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers were great, always helpful, way more helpful than the managers. Always helped me with questions the callers had issues with, when the manager wouldn't reply.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When someone says they are pregnant and they get told it is "no problem", make sure you mean that. I got let go because of it!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the workers. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with IT just to be asked why I was sitting in 'Training', after she told me to call IT. I had four managers, all of them were the same. My manager had her favorites, and it was known.
