Advocate Aurora Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Nothing really I wanna talk about

tuition reimbursement and 401 (k). makes the place best to work

The modt fair part is the 401k

My pay is good !

The whole package I receive.

Retirement plan and the contributions.

I am appreciative that my company offers health benefits

Retirement plan and 401k plan

My spouse can be on the health benefits

Review from Admin Dept

Fair insurance benefits and employee assistance programs

The hourly wage is good.

I'm not sure about this

I think the education reimbursement is phenomenal. I have worked multiple healthcare agencies and this is by far the best education package.

I am satisfied with education assistance.

The ability to stay within the network is very beneficial to lowering costs due to agreed amounts for services with network providers, which there are plenty of for every service and specialty I have ever needed.

Raises are generous and timely

This part is fine for me

Very satisfied with my benefits since 2020, prior to that was terrible

We have a 401K match and a good base compensation.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is very inclusive, flexible & comprehensive.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes. Raises do not keep up with inflation or show appreciation when expectations are exceeded.

Copays are too much for specialty departments.

I work registey I’m entitled to no benefi

Better healthcare options /lower deductible

They need a restructure the entire management upper management team get rid of crappy bosses that absolutely there are clueless the pain needs to be up way more and there is no support for burnout or to keep good employees

too expensive. too much out of pocket with high deductibles. a lot of money between co pays and medications. high premiums. should be matching out pension. aurora makes a lot of money from us. we should pay much less for our own insurance

Review from Customer Support Dept

Low pay for over work workers

Every position that requires you to have direct patient care envolvement should have some form of benifits available to them. I went from full time to zero assign to go back to school and im a single parent and just like that my benifits have been taken away as if I've investing nothing in two years

I have had upper leadership personnel sit in my face and tell me how much they appreciate my contributions, admit to not knowing how my department would run without me, and send me personalized cards and letters to my home, but turn around and deny off cycle raises and positions.

The people making decisions have no idea what is required to do or support the job of the physician they are managing

Awards would be nice reconnigtion for your efforts

They need to pay better on per shift basis

work hard, understaffed feeling pay could be higher

I deserve to sue for a million dollars for the harassment I endured

There is no upward mobility in most positions in my department without becoming a clinician or moving out of the department.

Ambulatory RN's should receive compensation at the hospital level especially when they hold multiple certifications beyond their degree in nursing. Provide better options for health benefits and do not penalize us for using a provider outside of the Advocate network.

There’s no appreciation for anything. They want people to work weekends and not have off during the week until the following weekend. Compensation is not good enough for the amount of work being perform

Once the merger happened the cost of our healthcare more than doubled

I was harassed and belittled for months. Reported all sorts of threats to a HR Representative. They did nothing to help me. My boss continued to laugh in my face and tell her lies. No proper training was EVER received. Decent workers were treated like garbage in her department in the main Lab.

Review from HR Dept
