What is the best part about your compensation package?Pension removed and replaced by additional money being placed in employee's 401k but then that was stopped as well to keep benefits more in line with "Industry Standards". Once that benefit was gone I would say the yearly incentive bonus is the best part.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?Employee engagement through incentives, growth opportunity and improved benefits. Upper managements willingness to work with and accept feedback from their employees in order to choose the best route to achieve their goal remaining open to the possibility their ideas may not be what's best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Value the feedback available from your employees, don't implement changes without attempting to understand both positive and negative affects it will have through discussion and be open to altering your approach based on feedback from others. Value your employees as much as your board of directors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management of changes driven by leadership to improve process, efficiency, image and profits is terrible. New products, processes, software, etc., needs to be properly reviewed and tested and discussed with those who will use it before forcing implementation and once in place provide proper T & S.
