What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The entire executive team should be replaced. Avanti needs to sell to a management company that cares about their residents and employee. POOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS
They need to be fired!
The entire corporate teams should be fired. They need to hire a leadership with heart and experience. The COO is all about her self and making money. COO is a FAKE and FRAUD!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation package is bad. The only person who gets to take time off is the COO. She leaves to take her daughter to cheerleading and son to his sport practice. Never at work only barks orders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is not enough words or time to describe the house if hirrors at Avanti.
Everyone that works at Avanti is undervalue with the exception of the leadership team.
Toxic work environment. Noone is valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication, teamwork, having the heart for the work we do
Teamwork and everybody gets along when management is not involved.
Can't enjoy anything about the company.
They are good, caring and are in the business for the residents.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are cronies of Lori Alford. It is like a cult.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people really care for the residents and take time to connect with them or get a laugh or smile
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Another management team that really cares about its staff and wants to see us do better and be better
They need alot of training
Ckean house and get a cinsultant to hire leadership who care about employees and residents.
Change management and find a management company with experience who cares for residents and employees not just padding their bank accounts.
Culture should be about the employees not one person. If Avanti didn't have a bad culture they wouldn't have a culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process involved the leadership team
It was very quick and easy
That it was high end
They sell you in the interview. However, the company is nothing like what they tell you it is. They get you through the door then your screwed. DON'T DO IT
Interview was a lie. Everything that was told to me was not the truth.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
By not interviewing at all
What makes you most happy at work?
When we have enough people working to meet the needs and expectations of our residents
To be honest, it is The residents. If it wouldn't be for them I don't think I would still be working at Avanti!
Cutting off at 5 p.m.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The COO is inexperience and has no business leading people or managing a company.
Company doesn't take care of their residents. Always cutting corners except when it comes to the COO paying her friends and family.
