At least in my part of Avaya upper management trust us to get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work with some great people and there's just the right amount of work to get done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a small team where we respect each other and we love being together and getting the job done together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Other than a solid salary the matching 401k and ESPP plan are exceptional and well worth the money it takes to be in it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I started out as a contractor and so the interview process at Avaya was based on my first two years as a contractor prior to being rebadged as an employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team for the most part knows what they are doing and usually support those below them when those below them are doing a great job and supporting the mission.
