Varies completely by department but generally like any entertainment division, if you have a personal rec you'll get the interview right away but still go through an HR process
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Awesomeness?
Promote and encourage new families and parenting needs. This workforce started in its 20s but we're all getting older but the benefits don't reflect that. They want to keep a "gen z" mentality even within the staff

Jordan Levin is the new CEO and so there's a transition period happening right now
Does Awesomeness have any remote positions?
Yes we heavily rely on freelancers and have offices in multiple cities including LA, NYC, and London

Completely varies by department but generally people move up fast and gain responsibility out of necessity and demand.
How's the vacation policy at Awesomeness?
Good, standard 10 days that are accrued. Some departments are flexible on "banking" days off if you do a shoot over a weekend. Which happens a lot when we work with kid actors.
How's the work life balance at Awesomeness?
Work/life balance is pretty great actually. For a company built on the backs of 20 somethings, nowadays the workday is manageable and they encourage a lot of extra curricular social events. They just don't really support starting a family. That's the big hurdle

Majority of employees are millennials who are ambitious and driven. So it's an atmosphere of working long and hard, lots of energy and job priority comes first.

Opportunity to make new kinds content and gain experience fast.

Lunch provided, health, vision, 401k, summer fridays (2pm), 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days. Pretty standard benefits package for a company. No maternity/family planning support outside of government requirements.
