  • Good, standard 10 days that are accrued. Some departments are flexible on "banking" days off if you do a shoot over a weekend. Which happens a lot when we work with kid actors.

  • Work/life balance is pretty great actually. For a company built on the backs of 20 somethings, nowadays the workday is manageable and they encourage a lot of extra curricular social events. They just don't really support starting a family. That's the big hurdle
