How's the feedback proccess at Axiom Law?
Now, at the spin-off, Knowable, it is non-existent. But if you don't get called back for projects, know that you've done something (either real, imagined, or something) that someone, somewhere didn't like.

At Axiom, I was wonderfully challenged by the work and the managers to continually improve. Knowable challenges me to just do what I'm told even if it is wrong and may do harm. So, why do I stay? I'm not going to--I'm just afraid that leaving outright will result in retaliation. This is anonymous and I was still one of the only people willing to write something. That just isn't okay. Elena Donio, Mark Harris--I implore you to please look at what has happened at Knowable--ultimately it will irreparably damage the Axiom brand.

Too many egos and too much distance between executive leadership and middle management. Every leader is out for themselves so unless you’re wanting to hitch yourself to someone else’s agenda it’s awful
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Axiom Law?
That they have no actual internal infrastructure operationally. And that they AREN’T a tech company. At all.
