They are transparent and approachable. They are willing to experiment with new ideas.

Working on interesting and important societal problems with a group of smart and driven coworkers whose company I enjoy in a collaborative and optimistic atmosphere.

They are transparent and approachable. They host AMAs and do Q&A at company meetings where they answer even tough questions. Their actions show that they care about the mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
XSPP - which I'm pretty sure was a one time thing and is no longer offered :( but I have heard whispers of a potential round 2 in the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on difficult and interesting problems on a team whose company I enjoy, all in service of a positive mission that benefits society while also selling useful products and making money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration and kindness. Questions are encouraged and it's clear that we're all on the same team working to solve the same problems. There is much less infighting and politics compared to other places I've worked.
