My team is so great. I just started in the last 2 months with Axon and I have felts very well trained and like my team set me up to be as successful as possible

I love that we are encouraged to be our best, encouraged to be honest and fair and to dream big. Plus knowing that we are helping change the culture of law enforcement too ultimately is very fulfilling
