Our leadership is approachable and accessible and always willing to roll up their sleeves to help with getting the job done, no matter what the task.

Compensation is a great balance of cash and stock and is structured in a way where everyone as the ability to realize the value they are putting in.

No job is too small for the Axon team, everyone is willing to pitch in to help each other; we have a big mission and we're all aligned in moving forward to achieve it.
