My experience has been positive! 1 thing I struggle with is anxiety with how my job relates to the news. Previously I've been able to turn my brain off towards current events for 8 hours but when public safety IS your work you to think about it often. I'd like to think we're making a positive impact

A stellar team at a great company. Pay is fair and keeps me motivated to bring my best self to the table.

When i have enough time and resources to do a good job

Above fair compensation in take home pay. Our stock and bonuses are just icing on the cake.

Always challenging and wanting to up level what we are doing, while still recognizing and appreciating the good work we are currently doing

I think people tend to be passionate about what they do and it comes across in the work and the genuine attitude people have when it comes to collaboration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Candid and truthful. Compared to other companies ive been at sometimes it feels like leadership is selling to the team rather than bringing them in. I love that we can talk like peers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock compensation is awesome. I can't speak for everyone's compensation, but my RSUs were in addition to my fair salary for my role and location, making my overall compensation bump up from fair to generous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are focused on making the company successful for the customers and in return for us as the employees. We are rewarded and compensated generously when we as a company do well, and that starts at the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that the hiring done on my team is intentional. Sometimes the process can be slow, but they try their best to find the right person where it benefits both the individual and the company. It makes for great coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I can knock out my work and just put my heads down and be proud of what I've done. Sometimes that includes collaboration, sometimes it doesn't, but I really don't send anything out the door that I'm not proud of.
