What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Axon's camaraderie between teams has continued to impress me and I hope it continues to flourish.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is the best part of our team. He keeps things serious when necessary but is quick to lighten up the mood with appropriate jokes when the tension is high.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With the exception of a few, I like how down to earth and approachable with they are. There are many opportunities to chat with them in a small group setting and are always seeking feedback about how to be better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to focus my complete attention to a single complex problem is what makes me the most happy at work. The greater time I spend being randomized throughout the day typically makes me less happy about what I'm doing.
