What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock and the amount of trust - we have unlimited paid time off, but they trust us that we will utilize our time wisely and get the work done in an efficient and top tier manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency and motivation that I see. Everyone is so diligent and motivated to be the best they can. It's inspiring. However, they are still able to joke around and have fun. It's the best culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I fit in. I love being active, both mentally and physically. I love learning and challenges. I am able to reach out to superiors and ask for a challenging task and they trust me to do it. I love that we all want to work and like to work. It's amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want to get to know everyone. I'm a recent graduate and yet they have taken time out of their day to go on hikes with a group of employees, myself included, to chat about the company, my role, and just get to know me better. They are always willing to mentor too. Incredible people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always so willing to help. Being the newest member, they are never bothered when I ask for help. They truly want me to succeed as an individual and want to help me. I hope I do the same for them. We are also all so dedicated to getting the job done in the best way possible.
